EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT A. Consider, discuss and take appropriate action if necessary, regarding the prioritization and distribution of COVID-19 Vaccinations. B. Take all appropriate action to grant an exemption to the formal competitive bid process as authorized by Section 262.024 (a)(2) for an item necessary to preserve or protect the public health and safety of the residents of the county from Global Medical Response Inc and American Medical Response Inc for vaccination registration software (SafeRestart) and implementation service in an amount not to exceed $285,000. Funding source to come from FEMA DR 4485 CAT B. Please authorize Director of MCOHSEM to execute agreement on behalf of Montgomery County. C.
