DISTRICT ATTORNEY A. Consider and approve an exemption to Montgomery County Policy 5.1-6 and 5.1-18 authorizing payment to exempt employees in reference to the "No Refusal" TxDOT grant allowing for overtime payment for employees working no refusal weekends at a rate of $59.00/hour for Legal Assistants/Investigators and $80.00/hour for Assistant District Attorneys to be paid out of grant funds.
