EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT A. Consider, discuss and take appropriate action, including immediate action, due to the imminent threat to public health and safety as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), pandemic.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT A. Consider and approve the comp time payout for two employees in Montgomery County Community Development. The payout is for 109 hours each employee at $4,593.24 and $4,661.21 respectively, which includes benefits. Funding exists within the HUD allocation to the county to effectuate the payout. B. Consider and approve the CDBG agreement between Montgomery County and Family Promise to acquire a facility to be repurposed as a static site shelter for homeless residents of Montgomery County. C. Consider and approve the ESG-CV Round 2 Agreement between Montgomery County and Family Promise to remodel/repurpose a commercial facility for use as a homeless shelter. D. Consider and approve the Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA) between Montgomery County and Family Promise.
