COMMISSIONERS A. PRECINCT 4 1. Consider and approve Interlocal Cooperation Contract between Montgomery County and Department of Public Safety relating to Driver License Office. Authorize Commissioner James Metts to execute said contract and complete any and all formalities related thereto, and further authorize Bobby Powell to execute Exhibit A thereto and facilitate such, as the county’s duly designated Information Security Officer in relation to said contract.
