The grant is for $85,000. Deputies working this initiative are paid at a rate of time and a half. 3. COUNTY CLERK A. In accordance with and authorized by Texas Local Government Code, Section 152.015, the County Judge will draw the names of the public members of the salary grievance committee from the names of each person who served on a grand jury in the county during the preceding calendar year. COUNTY JUDGE A. Consider, discuss, and approve the Third Amendment to an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Montgomery County and The Woodlands Township regarding Law Enforcement and transition services. B.
